Prisoners can be found locked up around the map. They do all look the same, might just be me but I feel they look like Michael Scofield from prison break.

Breakout is the home of Black Mountain Penitentiary where entry into the area without permission in a Felony and prisoners are entitled to food, clothing, shelter, medical attention, calls are restricted to 10 minutes with no exceptions and Everything else is a privilege. This is a place of rules and regulations, Treat each other with respect, follow all rules, wear armbands and uniforms at all times, exchange 1 used uniform for 1 clean uniform as you are not allowed to have more than one at a time, always keep your cell clean, never cover lights or vents, never hang pictures of yourself or anything else, never enter a cell that is not assigned to you and DO NOT cross red lines. Violators of rules will be severely punished.

The warden is a Teddy Bear! You can find the big teddy bear in the warden’s office sitting in his seat.
