Houses built onto the side of the mountains and lifts for bringing things up the houses are seen on the outskirts of Sanctuary with more mountains in the distance.
Inside the church, you can find a red curtain at the back where you can see a teddy bear sitting in a chair. Look between the curtains or use spectating to get the best view.
