Nacht der Untoten

Outside of the map, you will see a large moon, The airplane from the multiplayer map on fire, and lots of fog in the night sky. Just to the outskirts, players will find many drums of gas that can be used to explode zombies approaching the building.

The only Wonder Weapon found on this map is the Ray Gun, one of the most popular and powerful weapons in Zombies with 3 seconds reload time, Infinite range, low recoil, and over 100 shots. At high rounds, the Ray Gun is great for making crawlers and killing large crowds.

Many types of Power-Ups are available on the map. Max Ammo will give all teammates full ammo, Double Points will grant every player with double the points fill kills and boarding up windows, Insta-Kill will instantly kill zombies with any bullet type for a limited time and Nuke will kill every zombie on the map including zombies that just spawn outside the map area.

Wall Weapons include the Kar98k, M1A1 Carbine, Double-Barreled Shotgun, Thompson, BAR, M1897 Trench Gun, Sawed-Off Double-Barreled Shotgun, Stielhandgranate. The Thompson is located in the second room and is always worth waiting for, get the first door open as soon as you can as this gun will help you for many rounds.

Every weapon found in World at War can be found inside the Mystery Box. The guns include shotguns, snipers, light machine guns, pistols, and many other great weapons like the Ray Gun, a Flamethrower, Molotov Cocktails, and rocket launchers. The Mystery Box costs 950 points.

On the second floor of the map you can find a Sniper Cabinet, the cost to open the cabinet is 1500 points. Inside you will find a Scoped Kar98k with 5 rounds per magazine, 125 total bullets, low recoil, and bolt-action. Grab yourself a sniper and quick shot them blood-sucking demons.

A Musical Easter Egg can be found inside the help room, you can find a radio between the mystery box and the stairs, if you shoot or knife the radio, it will play a song, knifing or shooting it will skip to the next track. The songs include WTF, Dogfire, True Crime, All Mixed Up, Dusk, Koniggratzer Marsch, Pel 1B, Russian Theme, Sand, Stag Push, PBY Old, and Wildcard.

Nacht Der Untoten is the first Zombie map introduced into the Call of Duty world, you can see that it is set on the World at War Multiplayer Map Airfield that and is located in Peleliu Island, Palau. Zombies was never planned to be released until after the game-mode was used for fun at Treyarch Studios, later decided to be included in the game. The mode got so much popularity that zombies continued to be released in just about every map pack released.
