Perks are bonuses that you can attach to your player, each one provides a different bonus. Some keep you hidden and others allow you to move faster. Some perks also cancel out others!
Perk Tier 1
Recon
Minimap shows a larger area. Gain a single radar sweep when a standard enemy UAV appears and another when it dies.

Blind Eye
Undetectable by AI targeting systems, including air and ground scorestreaks and payloads.

Blast Shield
Increase resistance to explosive damage.

Dexterity
Reload and switch weapons faster.

Ghost
Invisible to UAV and radar pings.
Unlocked: Level 18
Overclock
Payload charges faster.
Unlocked: Level 33
Perk Tier 2
Tac Resist
Increase resistance to flash and stun effects.
Unlocked: Default
Hardline
Gain bonus points for each non-scorestreak kill up to 8 kills per life. 2 Assists will give you the same bonus.

Momentum
Sprint faster over time. Jumping, sliding, and wall running will reset your momentum.

Tracker
See recent enemy trails, even when they are cloaked.

Cold Blooded
Invisible to thermal detection systems. Enemies cannot see your nameplate.

Scavenger
Resupply ammo from dead players.

Perk Tier 3
Gung-Ho
Shoot, use equipment and scorestreaks while sprinting.

Pin Point
Outline enemies when dealing or taking weapon damage.
Unlocked: Default
Hardwired
Immune to EMP effects, block equipment or abilities that outline you for enemies, and hides you from scorestreak tracking missiles.

Marksman
Acquire enemy names from a greater distance. Reduced flinch that primarily affects sniper rifles but give a very minor benefit to other weapons.

Engineer
Detect enemy equipment and scorestreaks through walls and delay activation of enemy mines. Plant the bomb silently in bomb objective game modes.

Dead Silence
Footsteps and jump packs are silenced.
