Outside of Broadcast you will find Palm trees and a nice little lake, with some mountains in the distance and desert roads.
In the bathroom you can find bars of soap with the Infinity Ward logo on it. Go ahead and wash yourself up with some Call of Duty.
You can see Khaled Al-Asad (the main villain in the first act of the campaign) on TVs throughout the map.
