Halt! Military war zone, the outside of Aachen you will see broken building on fire and empty roads filled with tanks.
At the start of the match a siren will sound, and a bombing run will be seen flying in and dropping bombs all over the battle area leaving buildings on fire and destroyed.
The Kilroy Was Here Easter egg can be seen in the center of the map about the hole blown in the wall of the green building. Kilroy was here is from World War ll, US soldiers would carve or spray paint it everywhere they have been with no one knowing who the people doing it were.
The big building in one of the main spawns is based on the real Theater Aachen in Germany, the real theater was rebuilt in 1951 after being destroyed by a bomb attack in 1943.
