Tactical Equipment in Black Ops 3 ranges from seven different options, some are used to disorient enemies and others are great for defending areas. Black Hat can be used for hacking enemy equipment and scorestreaks.
Concussion
Disorients enemies and slows movement.
Unlocked: Default
Smoke Screen
Produces a smoke screen upon impact. Allies within the smoke cannot be detected on enemy mini-map.
Unlocked: Level 3
EMP
Disables nearby enemy electronic systems.
Unlocked: Level 11
Trophy System
Destroys enemy Lethals, Tacticals, and explosives within 10 meters. High velocity missiles have a chance to penetrate the system.
Unlocked: Level 23
Shock Charge
Proximity triggered mine that electrically stuns enemies who trigger it.
Unlocked: Level 35
Flashbang
Blind enemies and impairs hearing.
Unlocked: Level 47
Black Hat
Take control of enemy Scorestreaks and Equipment. Powerful Scorestreaks require 2 uses to breach then Hack. Hacking speed increases when aiming at the target’s center.
