NATO Special forces teams return to the site of “Operation: Chaos” to try and find clues leading to Perseus. – Diesel
Outside of Diesel, players will find a motel called Whiptail, An American Classic. You get color TV, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, access to the Pool, and More for a low price of $29.95. The map is also surrounded by many cactuses and mountains.
A poster can be found inside the garage that promotes a movie called “Nightmare Summer” Forget the dark….. be afraid of the Light. Directed by Willard Wyler. This is a reference to IW Zombies where players could play as Willard Wyler.
The fridges inside the store are filled with Mountain Dew and Metro Brew. Both have been seen in other maps but Metro Brew has been seen in maps as far back as Black Ops 3.
Many Zombie Perk posters are seen scattered around Diesel with some being inside the trailers also. The posters are: Drink Double Tap Root Beer, Wow! I’m Alive Quick Revive and Drink Jugger Nog. These posters have been seen before in other maps like Blackout and Grind.
