Classic combat through the festive streets of a Mexican town celebrating Día de los Muertos. – Departed
Tall trees surround the map with bright blue open skies above, more celebration decorations are seen around the outskirts of this map along with many more gravestones.
Become the Death Mariachi in the Field Order on this map, you will be equipped with Akimbo .44 Magnums and the enemies you kill will also become allied Death Mariachis, only two allies can be on the map at one time. Enemy players will be outlined in red making them easier to find.
A Garage door with a red Ghosts face can be breached to gain an extra route from the spawn to the big house, the house is next to the Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Float.
John Price from the Modern Warfare games can be seen advertising beer on posters scattered around the map “Bullseye”, The poster translates to “Pair Of Crosses” & “Hit The Mark”
Next to the graveyard on Departed, you will find a full of flowerpots, behind the red vase with the white zig-zag stripes you will see a small wood panel, behind that will be an Extinction Egg. Players who find all four Extinction Eggs in each of Invasion’s four DLC maps will earn a bonus 2000XP for completing the operation.
