The New York skyline can be seen outside Detour along with lots of sailboats, container ships, more bridges, and the bright blue cloudy sky.
Many outhouses are seen around the map, they are called Porter Potty and the phone number is 555-DUMP. Porter Potty is a reference to one of the game developers.
Inside the back of the Mr. Frost Exports transport truck you will find PEW-PEW paintballs with the name 3ARC. A reference to the games development company and a reference to the map Rush which is a paintball map that also features the same paintballs. It looks like this shipment didn’t make it to its destination!
