Fan favorite Firing Range returns, re-imagined as a Hollywood studio backlot. – Studio
Outside of Studio you find mountains, blue skies, a beach, palm trees, and many other filming areas and stages.
A wanted poster can be found on the small shed next to the barn, wanted $500 reward BUFORD “BEANS” McGRAW, he is wanted dead or alive for cattle rustling thievery. The names Buford and McGraw are names of two voice actors from the game.
Many movie clapperboards are seen around the map like STRUGGLE FOR CAMELOT scene 25 take 4, DINO’S ATTACK! Scene 10 takes 3 and another that says Property of Firing Range Studio with the Treyarch logo.
Movie posters around the feature: Space Monsters from the Moon 2 “beyond the moon lie the monsters from space”, Iron Shadow Killers “from the deep orient comes your worst fear!” and Beast from Below “the ocean’s worst predator just found his newest prey…….MAN!!”. The posters have many of the developer’s names in the credits.
The map has many different movie sets like alien space ships, dinosaurs that move and roar, a miniature city filled with small tanks and pirate that fight on boats with sharks swimming beneath them.
