Taraq opens up from a medium-sized map to a large open fielded Battle Map, ideal for snipers with many buildings for the stealthy players. Use the war-town buildings for cover or the open areas to drive vehicles into the enemy’s territory. – Taraq
The game starts with two large 32 vs 32 teams dropping into the home bases on each side of the map. Players have the choice between two game modes on this map:
Ground War: Two teams, square off to capture an odd number of objectives. This is a supersized version of Domination, including vehicles for epic brawls. The first team to earn 250 points wins the match.
Invasion: A massive chaotic battle with a mix of players and AI fighting alongside each other. The first team to reach 2,000 points wins the match.
Vehicles drop into the map via parachutes, depending on game mode you chose will depend on available vehicles. A Tactical Vehicle and a Light-Armored Tank will spawn on the map once the team earns a certain amount of points and will continue to spawn throughout the match. The Tactical Vehicle is the strongest land vehicle on four wheels, offering some solid maneuverability despite its size making it less than graceful. One Operator can take the turret up top while the rest pile on the inside and can shoot their weapons freely.
Need Ammo? You will find Ammo Caches throughout the Taraq battle map, this will not give you a full stack of ammo but will provide enough to kill a few enemies and keep the battle going.
The multiplayer map Rust can be found near the center of the map near the fields, Rust could return to Modern Warfare II as a standard multiplayer map soon, for now it’s a cool sniper tower on the Taraq Battle Map.
